If the interview is not saving, shows an error, or says your email is not registered, try the following:
- Use a different browser or device
- Wait a few minutes and try registering again (it may be a temporary system delay)
- Make sure you use the same registered email in lowercase only
- Clear your cache and cookies
- Reset your password if needed
If you applied to multiple positions, note that you can only record your initial interview once — only one application will be reviewed.
If issues persist, submit a General Support form through the Candidate Support Center.
