We send reminder emails every few days to Candidates whose interviews haven’t been successfully completed. If you recently finished yours, you can log in to Initial Interview to confirm.
- If your interview was submitted successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message and won’t be able to retake it.
- If there was an error or the system didn’t capture your interview, you’ll be allowed to record it again. Make sure you are fully prepared before starting.
If issues persist, submit a General Support form through the Candidate Support Center.
