If your application moves forward after the Initial Interview, you’ll be invited to a live Screening Conversation with our Team. This short meeting is an opportunity to discuss your background, expectations, and next steps. It also allows us to confirm your skills and experience before advancing you in the process.
In some cases, your Matchmaker may ask you to join a call before scheduling your Screening Conversation. This usually happens when the job opportunity is time-sensitive and your application needs to move quickly. During that call, all the necessary information will be gathered. If this happens, simply follow your Matchmaker’s instructions — there’s no need to book an additional Screening Conversation.
