- Where to add them: Upload your reference information in your Talent Community Portal. Letters of recommendation are not required, but you may include them.
- How we contact them: We may reach out by email or WhatsApp. References do not need to speak English; we will communicate in their preferred language.
- Edits after submission: Once submitted, references can’t be edited in the portal. If you need a change, reach out to your assigned Matchmaker for support.
- If you don’t have job references: You may list teachers, mentors, supervisors from training programs, volunteer leaders/coordinators, business contacts, customers, vendors, or peers — anyone who can speak to your skills, reliability, and professionalism.
