You can manage them in your Talent Community Portal’s Skills section. There, you can manually add, edit, or remove skills and competencies as needed.
To help you better understand this section, note that skills are categorized as Explicit or Inferred:
- Explicit Skills are those you listed directly on your resume.
- Inferred Skills are identified automatically from your resume and your Initial Interview, even if they weren’t explicitly written or stated as skills.
