When and how do I access training?

We provide exclusive training content designed to strengthen your profile and develop your skills. You’ll gain access to training once you reach the Matchmaking Stage, at which point you’ll receive an email invitation to enroll. 

To access courses through our training platform:

1. Click the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
2. Go to Learning > Discover.
3. Either use Browse Learning to explore categories or scroll down to Most Popular and click View More to see the full list.

To access courses through your Talent Community Portal:

• Go to Training Courses and follow the Registration Link to enroll in our Learning Management System (LMS on Workday).
• Use the same email address you used for your application and Initial Interview.

Once you’ve registered in Workday, you’ll have access to all available training content. Click Enroll next to each course to go directly to it in our LMS.
